Get Started


  • Fill in the Parcel Walker registration form.
  • Parcel Walker will review your application and contact you should you be shortlisted.
  • All shortlisted applicants will have to participate in a mandatory 1-hour training as our Parcel Walker.
  • Once you have completed the training, and all conditions are satisfactory, you will be given a contract to sign.
  • You will then need to provide a copy of your NRIC and Bank Account Details.

Receiving Delivery Jobs

  • Download the app via the Apple App Store or Play Store on to your phone.
  • A unique Username and Password will be assigned to you as a login to the Parcel Walker App.
  • You will then be assigned the delivery area.
  • Once we have a delivery for you, you will receive a SMS and an In-App notification. Click accept as confirmation that you will be involved in the delivery for the day.
  • You will then collect the parcels and a notification slip for failed deliveries, at the mentioned collection point during the allocated time slot.
  • The Parcel ID will be scanned into the Parcel Walker App, and you are ready for delivery!

Doing Deliveries

  • Deliver the parcel to the stated recipient and have them sign on the App as confirmation.
  • If the recipient is not at home and you are not able to delivery the parcel, click ‘Failed’ on the App. Then, place the ‘Failed Delivery’ notification slip at the residence and take photos with your phone of the Unit Number and slip. Upload the photos.
  • All deliveries must be made on the same day.
  • Return all unsuccessful deliveries of parcels to the Milk Run drivers the very same day.
  • Payment for successful deliveries will be made via bank transfer on a weekly basis.
  • You will be paid for each packet / parcel delivered. Payment ranges from SGD0.50 for a 250gm packet to SGD4.00 for a 30kg parcel.
